Veteran owned and operated, Ben Garrett, Owner of GEN1 Protection founded and started GEN1 Protection in 01JAN2017 to help not only provide specific and professional security to the Cannabis Industry, but to provide a strong and secure company to work for and provide jobs.

Ben Garrett has an extensive security background backed by his time in the U.S Navy and then later as a civilian contractor for over 10 years in hostile work environments to include: Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa. After returning back from overseas, Ben saw the need for quality security within the cannabis industry and GEN1 Protection was formed.

Marvin Moore has 10 + years of Security and Executive Protection. Mr. Moore is also a certified NRA Firearms Instructor. Mr. Moore also saw and sees the need for quality, professional security personnel to work with our clients employees and customers. Marvin is a good solid backbone within the Security Industry and has worked hard to get GEN1 and its clients the best in security and continues to keep the team sharp and always moving in a positive forward direction.
